How does your shipping work?
We drop off all local deliveries within 2-3 business days! excluding Saturday and Sundays. Canada Post usually ships within 4-5 business days. Because of COVID -19 some shipping delays may occur. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number.
You can now choose curbside pickup at checkout. Once your order is placed you will be sent a confirmation email letting you know your order has been received and is now being processed. When the order is ready for pickup you will receive a message where we can discuss which pickup times work best. Please note if no email is given and a phone number is given instead, then we will send you a text. Please remember to leave us with one source of contact information. Your order will be held for 5 days after the ready for pick up email or text. After the 5 days, if you have not collected your package you will be sent an invoice for shipping costs and your items will be shipped the following business day.
Safety Measures and Product use
As with any product you purchase you should always be doing a patch test on yourself. Patch tests are important and assist to ensure there are no allergic reactions while using our products. We do list all of the ingredients under each product so please be very mindful before ordering.
How you receive your product
We package every product with love and care. Things can happen during your delivery which is out of our control. If this does occur, please email us a picture and we can problem solve together.
We recommend products to be used within a year. There are no preservatives used in any products so use those products up!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the hygienic nature of the products, any purchases made are non refundable and nonexchangeable. This means all products are FINAL SALE.
